Heat treatment processes
For the heat treatment of our rings and of customer-specific workpieces, we apply a range of different processes:

Heating takes place in a chamber furnace using natural gas at a temperature of 1,080°C.
The cooling process used takes account of the heat treatment and your specification

| • | in a polymer basin |
Siegthaler offers this individual heat treatment for most different workpieces.
For the purpose of quality assurance they will provide, at your request, an annealing certificate and the related annealing diagrams.
